Project-based learning (PBL) programs bridge the gap between theory and real-world application, equipping students with hands-on experience and industry-relevant skills. By working on real projects, students develop problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and critical thinking—essential traits for the modern workforce. PBL encourages creativity, adaptability, and a deep understanding of concepts, making learning more engaging and effective. It also enhances communication skills and prepares students for the challenges they’ll face in their careers. Ultimately, project-based learning fosters innovation and confidence, ensuring graduates are job-ready and capable of making meaningful contributions from day one.

Our Action Plan

Here is our action plan for different semester students

Agreement Formalization and Finalize the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the partner colleges.
We will evaluate the college’s current infrastructure (labs, hardware equipments, etc.) so that it will be easy to analyse what is already there and what is needed.
We will start with webinars, seminars, hackathons, and one-credit courses to make first-year students feel more comfortable with the subjects along with hands-on workshops to their level of understanding.

We will propose several real-time projects in which we will split the students into groups and have their first project-based learning experience.
We will cover all the basic topics necessary for the real-time projects and additional topics at the request of students or faculty.
They will have the experience of how the onboarding in a multi-national company or a start-up happens in the real world via various project management tools.
Topics to be covered: Basics in AI, Machine learning, Deep learning, Mathematical aspects of AI, Project onboarding, Project prototype designing., Full stack frameworks (MERN,MEAN,MEVN,PERN,JAM,etc.,)
Faculty development programs (FDPs) will be conducted regularly to update the faculty on current trends.

Current third-year students will have some basic domain knowledge so they will be developing modules for the project under different expert supervision.
Students can explore and select topics that align with their interests from our diverse application pool. After mutual agreement, they will be assigned to real-time projects or products to gain hands-on experience.
They will work under the Agile process in which they will have 2 weeks sprint to complete a particular task. Every 2 weeks we will have a project update call and the documentation will be submitted to the college for NBA and other accreditation purposes.
In addition to the points mentioned above, guidance on preparing for and completing global certifications in relevant areas such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and others would be provided.

They can choose a Bachelor project under us and we will guide them till the end of submission.
We will classify the students based on their interests which include attending the placement drive, pursuing a Master's abroad and becoming an entrepreneur.
Students aspiring to pursue opportunities abroad will receive dedicated guidance, with knowledge-sharing clubs established to foster collaboration.
AI companies often conduct unique problem-solving or scenario-based rounds during their hiring process, which students may find unfamiliar. We provide specialized training to prepare them for these interviews and ensure their success.
The companies are already looking for students who have project experience based on their domain. This is the problem we try to solve using our project-based learning in which the students will have project experience before diving into the placement.
